​PRELIMS:

• On August 20, 2023, at 4 pm, the prelims are scheduled to occur on the Discord Server.

• Participants will be provided with source Images which shall be used by the participants to create their posters.

• Participants will be given 1 hour to create a Poster on the Topic given to them on the spot using ‘Canva.com’.

• Participants will send their Posters to the respective Event heads via discord.

• Participants are required to join the Discord server of Technolympics at least 2 days before the online Preliminary round.

• Additional information regarding the event will be furnished via the Discord server.

FINALS:

• The selected teams will be invited to the designated venue for the final round, where the host school will provide the devices.

• Participants will have one hour to spontaneously create a poster on the theme of "Environment Sustainability."

• Please ensure that the project file is exported in .JPEG format and saved on the desktop with your team name.

• The poster will be evaluated based on Creativity and Originality, Visual Impact, Theme Adherence, Composition and Layout, Use of Design Elements, Typography, 

• Overall Presentation.

• The event organizers reserve the right to modify the event rules, judging criteria, or any other aspect if necessary. Any changes will be communicated in a timely and transparent manner.

• Judges’ decision will be final and binding.
